Placing An Order for Wholesale Australian Essential Oils

Payment
Payment for the essential oils may be made in advance or with payment terms of net-30 days. Advance payments may be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), check, money order, or direct deposit. Overdue accounts will be charged a late payment fee of 1-1/2% per month (18% annually). Accounts will be considered overdue 30 days from invoice date. Until goods are paid in full, said goods will remain the property of Down Under Enterprises, Inc.

Shipping
Down Under Enterprises, Inc. will maintain a warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. For shipments originating from our warehouse, your order will be transported directly from our warehouse to your designated address. Shipping may occur via UPS, FedEx, or an alternative freight forwarding company. Your company will be charged the cost of domestic freight and this expense will be added to your invoice; or you may choose to have the carrier direct-bill your account.

Special or out-of-stock orders will be sourced directly from Australia. Shipping may occur via UPS, FedEx, an airfreight, or sea-freight carrier. The mode of shipment will depend on the product(s) purchased and the necessary delivery time. We can discuss the options at the time of order. Your company will be charged the cost of international freight and all on-costs. This expense will be added to your invoice.

Handling
A handling charge will be applied to shipments. The handling charge is the charge for packaging, labeling, handling, and shipping out the purchased items. The warehouse is extremely careful with the packing materials it uses to ensure the goods are not damaged during transportation. There is a standard $15 charge for each package and we will place as many items in the one package as is safe. It is likely therefore that several items on one order will only incur one $15 fee.

Hazardous Materials
An essential oil is classified as a hazardous material when the flash point is below 60.5 degrees Celsius or 141 degrees Fahrenheit. The transportation of hazardous materials is strictly defined, regulated, and enforced by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT). Given the extensive packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements of the USDOT there will be a hazardous materials charge when shipping hazardous materials. Only one hazardous materials charge will be applied per shipment – regardless of the number of hazardous materials in that shipment.

Returns
Should the product be unacceptable to you due to a damaged container or an incorrect shipment, please notify us within five (5) business days of receipt or shipment and we will arrange pick up and reshipment at our expense. We will replace the product at the earliest possible time. Merchandise returned after fifteen (15) days from receipt of shipment will be subject to a 25% handling charge. No merchandise may be returned for credit or allowance following 30 days from date of purchase. Please note that the tamper-evident seal on returned containers must be intact. Returns without this seal will not be credited or refunded and return shipment will be payable by the purchaser.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. As such, we will not reveal any of your information to third parties.
