SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainable Essential Oil Supplier.
Committed to Tomorrow.
Our commitment to sustainability is why the world comes to us -
for botanicals that help them meet their own sustainability promises.
Our commitment to sustainability is more than just a promise.
The 2024 Impact Report showcases our initiatives and achievements over the years. Compared to 2023, 2024 marked progress in biodiversity conservation with our registration system and habitat creation for native species. We've improved waste reduction by using recyclable mail bags and minimising packaging.
Greenwashing is rife in the botanical supply industry. Your customers are asking harder questions - about land practices, carbon footprints, fair labour, and biodiversity. We answer those questions with evidence, not promises.
The Essential Oil and Botanical Industry Has a Transparency Problem
The global essential oil market is worth billions — yet sourcing traceability, environmental accountability, and social governance remain weak spots across most of the supply chain. Suppliers make vague sustainability claims with no independent verification. Buyers carry the reputational and regulatory risk.
If you're a brand, formulator, or manufacturer with your own ESG commitments, you need more than good intentions from your suppliers. You need a partner whose sustainability credentials are independently assessed, publicly accountable, and embedded at every level of their operation.
That's exactly what we built.

Our Sustainability Initiatives

Recycled Packaging
Essential oils have traditionally packed in plastic drums, contributing to long-term plastic waste. To reduce our environmental footprint, and after extensive testing, we transitioned from HDPE plastic flasks to aluminium containers.
Aluminium has a much higher recycling rate and requires less energy than producing new aluminium.

Socio-Ethical Policies
As a female-founded business, inclusion has always been part of our culture and is supported by our company policies to promote diversity, equity, and opportunity.
More than half of our team are women, and our employees come from diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing a wide range of perspectives and languages to our business.

Socio-Ethical Policies
More recently, we documented this philosophy in formal policies. These policies include formal Work-from-Home, Bullying and Harassment, and Anti-Discrimination, to name only a few. As these policies adhere to the UN Global Compact and UN Global Sustainable Development Goals, it helps us align with standards globally

Saving Water and preventing runoff
Irrigation at our Australian Native Essential Oils Farm is to ensure our product consistency.
To protect waterways, we use a closed-loop system with two dams that collect irrigation runoff, settle and filter it naturally, and return the water for reuse.

Turning waste into new products

100% Renewable Energy
To reduce our environmental impact, we track greenhouse gas reduction KPIs and transition farm operations to renewable energy where possible.
Today, our farms, warehouses, and offices are powered by 100% renewable electricity, including some farm equipment.
