Minimum Order, Handling and Processing Fees
Down Under Enterprises does not have an order minimum; however, a $20 processing fee applies to all orders under $300. This fee does not apply to incomplete shipments.

Back Orders
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. Please contact customer service if you do not want backordered items shipped.

Add-Ons
Additional items added after an order is placed will be treated as separate orders.

Export
A $500 minimum order applies for shipments outside North America due to customs requirements.

Quantity Price Breaks
Larger quantity pricing may be negotiated based on market conditions.

Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.

Ordering Method
Orders may be placed online, via email, or fax. Online orders ensure accuracy and automatic confirmation.

Returns and Credits

Restocking Fee
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt to request an RMA number.

No returns accepted after 30 days.

Returned items must include an RMA number and be in saleable condition with original packaging.

Freight

Essential oils are sold F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio unless otherwise specified.
