We identify the essential oils best suited to your desired product benefits and discuss their aromatic profiles. We then establish your expected annual volumes to confirm supply availability and determine the right supply arrangement.
Once the volume pricing works for your project, we provide a quote for the specified oils and quantities. Once pricing is accepted, samples can be provided on request for functional and aromatic evaluation.
We understand your documentation requirements and provide the information needed for procurement and QC. Standard documentation includes batch-specific CoAs, SDS, specifications, IFRA Statements and Allergen Statements. Customer-specific documentation requests can also be accommodated, with sustainability credentials available, including EcoVadis Platinum and B Corp.

Your Purchase Order should include the product, agreed price, quantity, delivery address, required date and any other relevant details. Down Under Enterprises will review your order and confirm it within 48 hours or contact you to clarify any details.
Orders for North America are dispatched from our US warehouse, while orders for the rest of the world are dispatched from our Australian warehouse or, where appropriate, through our commercial partners in Asia or the Netherlands.
Our support continues beyond the initial order, with further documentation requests accommodated where possible, marketing assistance available and supply chain updates provided as needed.
